  • You will be provided with a safe space to articulate your thoughts

  • You will carry out reflective exercises to help you define your goals

  • You will be supported to explore what is holding you back and uncover solutions; so that you can find and decide what works best for you

  • You will receive an accountability partner who will give you their undivided attention to help you focus on achieving your goals.

How many sessions will I need?

  • Coaching time-frames can vary depending on individual needs and achievement aims.  The aim is to get you to where you want to be.  You may just need a helping hand defining your goals and being clear on what you want or you may benefit from having an accountability partner who will support you throughout your journey of getting there.

How will I know if we are a good fit?

Can we communicate virtually?

  • Yes!
